My Approach through the practices of Ayurveda, meditation, and self-empowerment, I’ll help you find the tools and insights to create a lifestyle that nourishes you—from the inside out. You’ll learn how to bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit, creating sustainable well-being for years to come.
My journey hasn’t been easy, and I’m not here to tell you that it was. I’ve walked through dark, painful times—dealing with the complexities of growing up in an alcoholic household, navigating family addiction, and caring for aging parents. As a mother to an autistic child, I’ve learned more about patience, resilience, and self-compassion than I ever thought possible.
Healing, for me, isn’t about “fixing” anything—it's about connecting to the pieces lost along the way. It's showing up for ones-self, despite the demands of family and the challenges of work / life balance. Through practices creating self discipline, I found the strength to move through life’s hardships staying connected to mind, body & soul in the process.
Wellness is not about escaping chaos but learning how to coexist with clarity and peace.
My mission is clear: to help women who are struggling with their own versions of chaos—whether it's addiction, caregiving, or the relentless demands of being a woman; develop the tools to heal, to ground, and to connect with their inner power.
